Police note what you wear, so a full change of clothes clears the clothing icon; a new cap alone did not in IGN's demo. How it fits the GTA 6 wanted level.

    They can. Police note your clothes: in IGN's demo a new cap removed the description icon, but the clothing icon stayed until Jason changed clothes.
